One of my family's favorite
treats are Peanut Butter Balls. In fact, my kids beg me to make these
over cookies. I do happily because they don't know how good they actually
are for them.
Peanut
Butter Balls
1 C honey
1 1/2 C peanut butter (creamy works best)
1 t vanilla
3/4 C instant non-fat dry
milk
1 1/2 C oats
1/4 C wheat germ
1/2
C chocolate chips (optional)
Combine honey, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in another
bowl and then add to honey mixture. Roll into balls and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. They will keep for a
couple of weeks.
